Asbestos Abatement
Found in many structures built before 1980, asbestos is often discovered during renovation, remodeling or natural disasters. Asbestos can be any of several minerals that seperate into long, threadlike fibers. Because certain varieties do not burn and do not conduct heat or electricity, they were used for making fireproof materials, electrical insulation, roofing, filters, and much more.
Asbestos Abatement is the process of removing this material. eAlthough a homeowner is not required to remove it, the presence of asbestos may create a hazard if exposed, and asbestos abatement or removal may be necessary to eliminate this danger.
Commercial property owners are required to secure asbestos abatement services where exposed and/or poses a hazard. Complete and safe asbestos abatement requires knowledge, talent, experience & resources. We are specialists in asbestos abatement services for: VAT, Linoleum, Vinyl Asbestos Tile, Transite pipe, siding or roofing, duct work, stucco, texturecoat, drywall, acoustic ceiling, plaster, fireproofing, mastic, pipe coverings, mag piping, and many other product forms.
For your asbestos abatement, we are your best ally as an experienced, qualified & licensed asbestos abatement contractor
Decontamination
Environmental remediation deals with the removal of pollution or contaminants from environmental media such as soil, groundwater, sediment, or surface water for the general protection of human health and the environment or from a brownfield site intended for redevelopment. Remediation is generally subject to an array of regulatory requirements, and can also be based on assessments of human health and ecological risks where no legislated standards exist or where standards are advisory.
Lead Abatement is the permanant elimination of a "lead-based paint hazard" The U.S. Government defines "lead-based paint" as any "paint, surface coating that contains lead equal to or exceeding one milligram per square centimeter (1.0 mg/cm2) or 0.5% by weight.
Remediation
Remodeling dust can be poisonous. Used extensively for interior and exterior residential surfaces, toys and furniture from the 1940's to the late 1970's, lead-based paint was banned in 1978 by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
An invisible hazard and threat for children and others. In 2006 the EPA is proposing new regulations. About 38 million homes or 40% of the nation's housing contain lead-paint. The new rules would apply to all renovations, including paint removal, demolition, window replacement, and heating ductwork repairs. Be sure that any contractor is certified to perform renovations which include lead-based paint.
Homes containing deteriorating lead-based paint are a health threat, especially to children under five (5). When lead-based paint on surfaces is sanded or scraped, it breaks into tiny, sometimes invisible pieces that children can swallow or inhale. More comonly, individuals can ingest dust and soil contaminated with lead from paint that flkes or chalks as it ages. Lead dust can settle on floors, walls and furniture.

Fact: Illegal drugs such as methamphetamine, ecstasy and methcathinone are made in clandestine labs. Fact: Most of the drug labs reported to public Health are making methamphetamines. Fact: Drug busts have been made in the most unlikely of places, in neighborhoods you'd never expect. In middle-class neighborhoods and homes, hotels and motels, suburbia, upscale areas of your city, rural areas and even in campers and motor homes. Fact: Eagle Environmental Services Corp. cleans up meth labs. We are Regulatory Agency Compliant.
Unfortunately, after the police and after the "bust goes down", property owners, residents and city officials are left with a hazardous clean-up mess that is costly and requires professional remediation. We can solve your problems with clandestine drug labs and their remediation, the tools, standards, and alternative methods for remediation. We are specialists, in dealing with and cleaning up meth labs.
Different chemicals or "recipes" are used for "cooking" methamphetamine or meth. Each uses different ingredients, with many chemicals that are used and also found very commonly in homes. However, the poor handling and disposal of these chemicals, as well as mixing incompatible compounds, can create hazards.
Mold Remediation
The purpose of mold remediation is to remove the mold to prevent human exposure and damage to building materials and furnishings. It is necessary to clean up mold contamination, not just to kill the mold. Dead mold is still allergenic, and some dead molds are potentially toxic. The use of a biocide, such as chlorine bleach, is not recommended as a routine practice during mold remediation, although there may be instances where professional judgment may indicate its use (for example, when immune-compromised individuals are present). In most cases, it is not possible or desirable to sterilize an area; a background level of mold spores will remain in the air (roughly equivalent to or lower than the level in outside air). These spores will not grow if the moisture problem in the building has been resolved.
